Made from Picual olives picked during peak harvest season. Graza takes the delicious olive paste (aka pomace) left over from the first cold press of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and press it again to make Olive Pomace Oil. Then they add back some EVOO for an antioxidant boost and *hint* of flavour! Frizzle is 100% physically refined without any chemicals or additives.
