Pay Chen's Sacha-ish Chili Miso Condiment

Food Network called this a top foodie gift for the holidays! Sacha-ish Chili Miso Condiment is developed in collaboration with Pay Chen, a familiar face and voice on TV and radio stations across Canada. Pay is Taiwanese-Canadian, and Sacha-ish is inspired in part by her some of her favourite food memories of hot pot where dipping sauces like shāchá jiàng were always a feature at the dinner table. Expect earthy, salty-sweet, umami packed flavours that will add some depth with a little tangy, spicy twist to whatever you're making!
